We bake everything fresh every morning. We are a tiny,
family run business and do our very best.

Below is our regularly offered selection but
expect something off-menu each day.

Sweet Pastries & Baked Goods

Morning Bun

Flaky pastry dough with cinnamon, sugar, and lots of orange zest.

Cinnamon Bun

A fluffy, yeasted pastry with a gooey, cinnamon filling topped with a vanilla cream cheese icing.

Chocolate Croissant

Flaky croissant dough filled with Valhrona dark chocolate.

Almond Croissant

Twice baked with an almond cream filling and toasted almonds on top.

Plain Croissant

Simple and flaky pastry at its finest.

Double Chocolate Croissant w/ Coconut Cream

White & dark chocolate filled croissant with coconut cream covered in toasted coconut flakes.

Daily Scone

(which happens to be gluten-free)

Lemon-Blueberry; Candied Ginger & Pecan; Chocolate Chip; and/or Cranberry, Orange & Cornmeal

Cheddar Scallion Biscuit

Old-fashioned cream biscuit with sharp cheddar and scallions.

Smoked Salmon
on an Everything Croissant
with scallion cream cheese
and pickled red onion.

E.T. Croissant

Plain croissant with Everything Bagel seasoning.

Black Forrest Ham & Gruyére 
on Plain Croissant

with béchamel sauce.

Pretzel Croissant

Our plain croissant dipped in a lye bath and sprinkled with pretzel salt.

Daily Tuscan Style Sandwiches

We thinly slice our meats & cheeses and combine them with unique and flavorful spreads on our fresh salt focaccia to create our daily sandwiches - at least one of which is vegetarian. Available from 11:30am until sold out.

(rustic, country sourdough)

The bread for which we are best known: a crusty French inspired sourdough made by hand the same way from the same whole-wheat starter for 30 years.

Country Rye with Caraway (sourdough)
